— How much time do you need to complete an order? —

I don’t have a set order by time frame. But when a weekend is filled it’s filled! I try to be super accommodating and flexible but earliest is always safest!

— How do I Reserve a date? —

The only way your event is booked in my calendar is through a paid, non-refundable deposit.

— Do you offer red velvet or peanut butter options? —

No & no! Red Velvet is a personal preference. And as for peanuts? We have an extreme peanut allergy in this house so we steer clear! Might I recommend “The Perk” for a great nutty & chocolate alternative!

—Do you offer Tastings?—

I offer grab and go cupcake boxes for tastings. They are 3 flavors, 2 of each, 6 count boxes, $25/box!

— Can I pickup a day early? What’s the best place to store the cake? —

You can always pickup a day early, if the schedule allows! While your cakes don’t need refrigeration to safely eat, it definitely will help with the overall freshness of your cake & to keep the same shape & structure @ pickup. Pull your cake out a couple hours before serving, so it can come to room temp. & remember to keep out of direct sunlight & heat! Butter(cream) melts!

— What’s the best way to transport? —

A flat & level surface, aways! Non stick mats work great!

— Do you DELIVER? —

Yes, when possible! I currently have a set immediate Treasure Valley (15 mile radius) fee of $55. Outside of that, there is a base $1/Mile fee + time! Contact for a specific delivery quote.

— Do you offer Gluten Free or Dairy Free cake flavors? —

Select flavors are available in gluten free… (keeping in mind, it is a shared kitchen space, so there is no way to guarantee a true Gluten Free product) I am not offering dairy free options at this time.

Keep in mind weekends are generally filled with orders and not a lot of time for emails, but if you haven't heard back from me within 48 hrs - please check your junk mail or don't be atraid to reach out again. (I will never purposely not reply to my emails!)

Honey Bakes Cakery is not responsible for any cake damage that occurs post pick up or drop off. There simply cannot be any refunds after a cake leaves Honey Bakes Cakery location. It is ideal to keep the product as cool as possible (ideally a refrigerator - ESPECIALLY if storing overnight) to prevent softened buttercream & decor. By booking with your paid deposit, you understand there to be no refunds after the cake leaves Honey Bakes Cakery location.

Be sure to include servings, flavor and any inspiration you have in mind.

Please remember that I never guarantee an exact copy of any cake, including my own. The beauty of custom cakes is that they're all different. There are many factors that go into design of cakes. Handmade products will always have a variation on coloring and there is no guarantee to have a true replica. 

 The use of washed and covered flowers is for decor purposes only.

Remember to remove any and all toppers before cutting & serving, Honey Bakes Cakery is not responsible for consuming non-edible toppers/ placed on the outside for decor purposes only.

Due to the ever changing pricing shifts & inflation, quotes can expire after one week without a paid deposit.

Honey Bakes Cakery is a home business and as such presents allergen possibilities. While Honey Bakes strives to maintain cleanliness and sanitary baking conditions in all aspects, there is no guarantee to be free of common allergens. (Including but not limited to, wheat, gluten, soy, nuts, dairy, eggs, etc.). By booking through your paid deposit, you understand your product to be made in a Cottage Food Operation, that is not subject to Idaho food safety regulation. 

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. (For weddings & large events, the remainder is due one week prior to the event. Under the circumstance of a cancelled event, there are no refunds if the cancellation falls within a 7 day window of your scheduled date). By booking with your paid deposit, you understand there to be no refunds in the case of a cancelled event, as described above. If booking within a 7 day window, the full amount is due at booking.
